- ADA accessible ramp and entrance at the North Door
Inside the Memorial
- Accessible restrooms on the 1st floor
- Elevators to each destination on our educational tours
- 9th floor view camera inside the building if the outdoor space is not desired
Accessibility for Daily Tours
All exhibit floors are accessible. There are mezannines in our 4th floor exhibit that are not served by the elevators, but the exhibits there are accessible in full digitally via our 3D Virtual Tour of that exhibit. The 9th floor Observation Platform has a ramp as well as a real-time controllable camera that can be used from the inside area.
Accessibility for Private Events
The Memorial is frequently rented for private events. The Memorial has accessible seating for events held in its Theater, Conference Room, and Memorial Hall. The interior ramps leading to Grand Masonic Hall are steeper than ADA recommendations. Accessible restrooms are provided.
